Texas Medical Center experts offer recommendations for safe use of electronic health records

In a report appearing in the current issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, experts from Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston offer suggestions for developing new national patient safety goals for the use of electronic health records in hospitals, doctors’ offices and clinics.
